Price per person, plus:

  • 🚲 EUR 10 per bicycle or e-bike (pedelec), including bicycle bags
     

  • ⚠️ We will almost always pick you up directly from your accommodation.
    This means you do not have to take your luggage and bicycle with panniers to a meeting point. You can simply wait comfortably at your accommodation for your pick-up.
     

  • 📌 Child trailers / luggage trailers
    If you are bringing a trailer, please make sure to mention this when booking, as additional space is required in the vehicle. Please fold the trailer as compactly as possible so that it fits into the luggage compartment of a minibus.
     

  • All prices include taxes, road tolls and motorway tolls.
    Bookings are confirmed subject to availability.

Information on Data Protection

Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular the GDPR.

We will never call or contact you for advertising purposes. We do NOT send newsletters and we do NOT maintain a customer database.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties. It is stored only within our company in our email system and in our booking calendar on our computers.

For the purpose of processing your booking, we may store the following information where necessary:

Your name, mobile phone number, email address, pick-up location and address, hotel name (if applicable), number of passengers, destination including hotel/address, and the agreed transfer price. Where required for the booking, we may also store your flight number and relevant luggage information.

Taxi and transfer bookings, together with a copy of the relevant email correspondence, may be printed and retained in paper form in accordance with the applicable statutory and tax-related retention periods.
