Declaration on information obligation (Data protection) As a result of the application, from 25 May 2018, of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.  In this information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website. We will never call or write you for promotional purposes! We do NOT send any newsletters. We do NOT run CUSTOMER REGISTERS. Personal Data will not be passed on to third parties, we only use you information in our company in a e-mail program (we use a server of UPC Austria Services GmbH, Wolfganggasse 58-60, A-1120 Vienna). If you only send a inquire it is ONLY your mail by us. If you want to order a taxi and transfer we stored the order in a calendar on our computer. We store your data, such as name, mobile number and your e-mail address will be entered in the order calendar with pickup place included address, possibly hotel name, number of popele, destination with hotel/address and transfer price. We also notice Flight number and other information about luggage like ski, golfbag, bicycle, wheelchair... if available and necessary for the order. The transfer orders and a copy of your e-mail are always printed out in paper form and repealed according to tax retention period (7 years). We do NOT maintain customer registers. After the TaxiTransfer has been carried out, you can always send us an e-mail requesting that you completely delete your data from the mail server. As information, all electronic data from the mail server is deleted every year on May 31st. First deletion takes place May 31, 2018
